Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on vintechhardware.com with Vintech Hardware Solutions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at +91 9000341393 or vintechhardwaresolutions@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the returns process below.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.

An unedited parcel-opening (unboxing) video is required for all damage, defect, or missing-item claims. The video must be continuous and unedited, starting before the package is opened and clearly showing the sealed parcel, the opening process, and the item(s) inside. Claims submitted with photographs alone, without a supporting unboxing video, cannot be processed. This requirement helps us verify claims accurately and protects genuine customers, given how easily photographs alone can now be altered or generated.

Once we receive your unboxing video, we will review it and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is verified.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are correctly supplied as per your order (i.e. not damaged, defective, or incorrect) are not eligible for return, as our hardware items are supplied against specific orders.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Refund timelines beyond this point are subject to your bank or payment provider’s own processing times.
